Well, I’ve been having to go to work and too early to make it to FiA for the past several weeks. Intermittent Saturday workouts have just not been enough. I am so thankful for my FiA ladies and was excited to Q for the first time on a weekday in quite some time. So thank you S’mores and Rocker for joining me and here’s how it went.

Warm-Up

35 jumping jacks
30 rows
25 squats
20 LBC
15 push-ups
10 mountain climbers
5 plank jacks

Run lap around the parking lot

35 jump squats
30 standing chest flies
25 imperial walkers
20 shoulder press
15 tricep press
10 bicep curls
5 plank jacks

Run lap around the parking lot

PAX choice Abs
