2 lovely ladies joined me this morning for a run through a deck of cards. Here’s what we did:
Warm-up – 10 Toy Soldiers IC, 10 Windmills IC, 10 Cotton pickers, Arm circles
The Thang – We had a special deck of cards in that it only contained 10’s, Jack’s, Queen’s, King’s & Joker’s;)
Hearts = Push ups
Spades = Jump Squats
Diamonds = Bicep curl with over head press
Clubs = Plank jacks
Jokers = Wild – Fia’s choice
This works out to 138 of each exercise!
Next were Abs – 10 WWII, 20 Toe Touch to heaven with or without weights, 30 Russian Twists, 40 Bicycles, 50 LBC’s and back down to 10
