This workout came from itsprogression.com as an Upper Body Non-Stop Strength Training + Cardio Workout. We followed it closely, but modified it a little bit.

Warm-Up
10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
5 TTTs (IC)
10 Toy Soldiers (IC)
10 Arm Circles (1-5, small/6-10 big) – Forwards and Backwards

Workout (with hand weights)
10 JJs
10 Bicep Curls
10 Butt Kickers
10 Shoulder Presses
10 Cross Jacks
10 Tricep Kickbacks
jog to the furthest light pole and back to circle
10 push-ups
10 High knees
10 tricep dips
10 JJs
10 front shoulder raises
10 Butt Kickers
10 hammer curls
10 squat jumps
10 tricep push-ups
10 JJs
10 bent-over rows
10 skaters
10 chest flys
10 high knees
10 chest presses
jog to “the rock” and back to circle

Abs- Ring of Fire
20 diagonal sit-ups (knee to elbow) – 10 each side
20 flutter kicks
20 (horizontal) toy soldiers – 10 each side
10 Big Girl Sit-ups
20 LBCs
20 Russian Twists
1-minute plank hold
20 (horizontal) toy soldiers – 10 each side
20 penguins
20 plank hip dips (alternating sides to total 10 each side)

100 rep bridge series
20 standard
20 heel-plant wide
20 tip-toe
20 narrow
20 bridge hold and march
