Given that this week has been crazy at work and that I have felt a little under the weather, I promised no big hills, no sprints, and a go-at-your-own-pace workout. With the minivan loaded up with my box of tissues and easel, I headed off to drop off my goodies at the corner of Buena Vista and then meet the group.
We got on the move and warmed up by jogging over to the base of Buena Vista. Once there, I pulled out the easel with the options for today. Option A was shorter distances and slightly less overall mileage while Option B was longer distances and more overall mileage. In between each distance, there were 4 short exercises to complete. We had to stop short of the complete run options because of time. Regroup and run back to the parking lot. So amazed by the ladies that ran UP Robinhood to join the rest of us – there was a reason we did that loop in the opposite direction – I promised no big hills!!
