Beautiful, CRISP clear Forest Acres morning. Zero humidity. This workout kept everyone so on the move, no one felt cold. Really.

Warm Up

  • Up the stairs/8 jumping jacks
  • Down the stairs/8 butt kickers
  • Up the stairs/8 jumping jacks
  • Down the stairs/8 butt kickers

 

AMRAP 1 — 18 minutes

10 burpees
20 pushups
30 situps
40 squats
50 sec plank

REST 1 MINUTE

 

AMRAP 2 — 18 minutes

10 jumping jacks
20 plank jacks
30 walking lunges
40 toe taps
50 second plank

REST 1 MINUTE

 

ABRAP ­ — 1 minute each

  • Crunches
  • Leg Raises
  • Bird Dogs
