AMRAP Total Body

AMRAP= As Many Rounds As Possible

3 minutes on, 1 minute rest – during the 3 minutes on, you go through 3 exercises as many times as you can.

I had 14 sets ready to go, and had each Pax choose a number to pick the next set. We only got through 9 sets, which I’ve starred, but here’s all 14:

  • Set 1: 10 squat jumps, 10 pushups, 10 high knees (double count) *
  • Set 2: 15 jumping jacks, 15 bicep curls, 15 overhead press *
  • Set 3: 10 squats, 10 shoulder taps, 10 mountain climbers (double count)
  • Set 4: 20 walking lunges, run the court, 20 crunches
  • Set 5: 15 back scratchers (double count), 25 butt kicks (double count), 15 reverse fly *
  • Set 6: 10 Russian twist (double count), 10 jumping jacks, 10 walkouts *
  • Set 7: 12 alternating side lunges, skip around the court, 12 supermans *
  • Set 8: 12 plank jacks, 12 tricep dips, 12 reverse lunges (double count)
  • Set 9: 15 bicycle crunches (double count), 15 side-to-side hops (double count), 15 alternating lunges (double count) *
  • Set 10: 10 situps, 30 jump rope, 10 hip dips
  • Set 11: 10 skaters (double count), 10 situps, suicides
  • Set 12: 5 Burpees, 5 squats, 5 v-situps *
  • Set 13: 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Touchdowns, 10 calf raises *
  • Set 14: 10 bear squats, 10 front kicks (double count), 10 diamond pushups *
