13pax this warm Friday Morning! The Thang:
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 15 min). Cones were placed in 4 locations around the Colosseum. We ran between cones And stopped to complete exercises at each cone. Exercises were:
40 jumping jacks
30 squat jumps
20 Plank Jacks
We then completed 2 rounds, 26 exercises total, 50 seconds on and a 10 second break. This part is group led where each pax member shares an exercise (with it without weights).
We ended, as always, with the COT!
