Thank you to Copay for the kind reminder of my Q late Wednesday night…summer brain has definitely kicked in. So what to do, what to do. This is my first Q being fully cleared by DR. YES!!!!! So, why not throw some jumpin’ and some light running into the mix. I know, I know, the dr. said take it slow.
10 IC Toe Touches, 10 IC Arm Circles FB, and 10 Cherry Pickers
AMRAP Tabata style. Work for 5 min rotating 3 exercises. Then complete a courtyard suicide. Rest 1 min.
Round One- 20 Russian Twist, 10 pushups, 5 burpees
Round Two- 20 Speedskaters, 10 Plankjacks, 5 tuck jumps (Ummmmmm that was a lot of speed skaters and my legs were filling like lead)
Round Three- 20 mountain climbers, 10 inchworms, 5 jump squats
Round Four- 20 high knees, 10 tricep dips, 5 jumping lunges
Round Five- 20 flutterkicks, 10 bridge hip dips, 5 V sit ups
We had 4 2.0s join us this am. 2 were deeply involved in Pokemon battles and 2 came in and out of workout! Thanks Copay for joining me this am and putting up with my modifications.
