AMRAP Accumulator

It was a small but mighty group this Monday morning. After deciding to reuse a workout from a couple years ago, I realized on the way to the school tomorrow that it was pretty similar to my last Wednesday Q…for that I offer my apologies. It was still a good one that had us sweating buckets and getting lots of running in to boot.

The Thang:

35 Minute AMRAP adding one new exercise each round followed by a parking lot loop. So do exercise #1, run small loop. Then do exercise #1 & #2 followed by run. Then #1, #2, & #3 followed by run. Continue adding a new exercise each round until time is up. We made it to round 9 before time was up.

1. 5 Burpees
2. 20 Mountain Climbers
3. 10 Pushups
4. 10 Frog Jumps
5. 20 Tricep Dips
6. 30 Russian Twists
7. 20 Plyo Lunges
8. 10 V Ups
9. 30 Shoulder Tap Booty Slaps
10. 25 Plank Jacks
