Another cold one at #TheFarm but 4 PAX joined me in a workout that kept us moving the entire time. It didn’t seem that cold after we started. The creative juices weren’t flowing so I went to the archive for the AMRAP Accumulator. You all killed this workout! Loved spending my Monday morning with you all.

WARM-UP:
Jumping jacks – 15IC
Air presses – 15IC
Leg swings alternation – forwards/backwards/side to side
Butt kickers – 15IC
Michael Phelps arms

THE THANG:
AMRAP Accumulator
Do exercise #1 then run down to the lamp post and back, exercise #1 and #2 then run, exercise #1 and #2 and #3 then run. And so on and so on…

3. 10 Pushups
4. 10 Frog Jumps
5. 20 Tricep Dips
6. 30 Russian Twists
7. 20 Plyo Lunges
8. 10 V Ups
9. 30 Shoulder Taps
