American Ninja Warrior

This morning we had a great time training to be Ninja Warriors at Retail Therapy. We were rewarded for all our hard work with a BEAUTIFUL sunrise and nice cooler weather. This is what we did…

Warm up-
Toy Soldiers 10C
Cotton Pickers 10C
Jumping Jacks 10C
Arm stretches

1 min each

Circuit 1:
*Box Jumps
*Biceps curls
*Burpees
*Kettlebell Swings
*Knee-to-Elbows Crunches

Run a lap around the Birkdale green

Circuit 2:
*Alternating Jump Lunges
*Push-Ups
*Squat throws with partner (Medicine Ball)
*Calf Raises
*Overhead Squats

Bear crawl up and crawl bear down parking ramp

Circuit 3:
*Star Jumps
*Deadlifts
*V-Ups
*Back Extensions
*Ballet Squats

Abs (1 min. each)
crunches
scissors
In a circle with with the weighted balls- Russian twists, sit ups, planks

Great job everyone! Great to see TRI PA back…I’m glad your foot is feeling better.
