Almost 1,000 Take Two

15 PAX joined me on a hot, muggy morning for our almost 1,000 rep workout. This is a repeat from a workout I did early last year.

Warm up: 9 toe taps, 9 hillbillies, 9 Through the Tunnel.  All in cadence.

The THANG:
Complete 25 reps of each exercise.
1. Push-Ups
2. Squats
3. Big Girl Sit-ups
4. Curls
5. Curb Jumps
6. Iron Crosses
7. Bench Press
8. Lunges
9. Russian Twists
10. Dips
11. Flutter Kicks
12. Bent Over Rows
13. Bicycle Crunches
14. Overhead Shoulder Press
15. Kettlebell Swings
16. Mountain Climbers
17. Burpees
18. Carolina Dry Docks
19. Shoulder Taps
20. Plank and hold until everyone is done…then head over for a 1 minute wall sit.

And…REPEAT
