A Six Pack joined me this morning for a Circuit Hill Repeat workout.  Even though we hit all muscle groups, our glutes and gams got some overtime.

Warm Up:  20 cad Jumping Jacks, Jog to workout location

The Workout:

RD 1  x2 (1 min per exercise)

LT Knee Weighted Stand Ups

RT Knee Weighted Stand Ups

Squat SwitchKicks

Run Hill: 10 Spartan Burpees

REPEAT Circuit

Run Hill: 50 Mtn Climbers

 

RD 2  x2 (1min per exercise)

LT Knee Stabilizer w. Single Shoulder Weighted Arnold Press

RT Knee Stabilizer w. Single Shoulder Weighted Arnold Press

Decline Push-ups

Run Hill: 10 Spartan Burpees

REPEAT Circuit

Run Hill: 50 Mtn Climbers

 

RD 3  x2 (1min per exercise)

RT Weighted Donkey Kicks (30sec 3 count down 1 count up / 30sec 1 count down / 3 count up: this method is called TUT or Time Under Tension which is good for building muscle)

LT Weighted Donkey Kicks (30sec 3 count down 1 count up / 30sec 1 count down / 3 count up: this method is called TUT or Time Under Tension which is good for building muscle)

Tricep Push-up (1 single / 1 half, repeat throughout)

Run Hill: 10 Spartan Burpees

REPEAT Circuit

Run Hill: 50 Mtn Climbers
