We had a great turn out this morning with 14 PAX. Saw some faces we have not seen in a while. Woot! The weather was perfect this morning too!
We did a short warm up and started right into the workout. We did 10 exercises; each one for 45 seconds on and 15 second off. We dropped the last exercise after each round with a total of 10 rounds. We used an app called Seconds to time our rounds and add some music!
