Wednesday morning 14 PAX met at the Annie Oakley for a trip to the Path for a run with strength intervals. We welcomed a FNG Atom!
Warm-o-rama: Short stretches with a walk across to the Path.
The Pax split into 2 groups- runners & run/walkers. There were 10 light poles in the approx 2 mile jaunt. At each pole, the Pax did an exercise then continued to the next.
The exercises were as followed: 20 pushups, 20 squats, 60 mountain climbers, 10 burpees, 20 standing donkey kicks, 25 jump n jacks, 20 alternating standing crunches, 20 skiers, 20 dips, and 30 crunches. The runners did all 10, turned around then repeated all exercises. The walkers/runners did 5, turned around then finished the remaining exercises.
We finished together and everyone completed it! This was something new and a challenge for everyone!
