Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve written a backblast ladies. Life got in the way and it was all I could do to simply make it to the workouts.
Anywho……thanks for showing up this morning ladies! We had a great time running segments of the track, stopping every quarter of a lap to do 20 of each exercise.
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Toy Soldiers
10 In and Outs
We completed 20 pushups, alternating lunges, tricep dips, little baby crunches, burpees, curtsy lunges, 1 min plank, leg lifts, decline pushups, crab walks, bear crawls, etc. Many were audibles so I don’t remember them all. We did 4 laps of exercises, a plank set of 1 min regular plank and 1 min per side planks and followed it up with a final lap around the track.
