After a quick warmup, we jumped right in!

4 Minutes AMRAP followed by 5 burpees (For a total of 38 this time)!!

First Set:

20 High Knees
10 Pushups

Second Set:

15 Skull Crushers
20 Jumping Jacks

Third Set:

10 Weighted Squats
15 Bent Over Rows

Fourth Set:

15 Bicep Curls
10 Lunges (Each Leg)

Fifth Set:

20 Mountain Climbers
15 Raggedy Ann’s

Sixth Set:

20 Leg Lifts
10 Plank Jacks

Seventh Set:

15 Weighted Glute Bridges
20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)

Eighth Set:

15 Fire Hydrants (each leg)
25 Butt Kickers

We didn’t make it all the way through. It was sweltering hot already with the humidity so water breaks and breath catching took a bit more time. This one is definitely a keeper!

After name-o-rama and prayer led by Marauder we dismissed.
