Warm up: – 5 min

Butt Kick up and back

Side to side laterals up and back

Skipping up and back

High knees ½ way up and back

Small arm circles forward and back

Good Mornings – bending forward from waist

WORKOUT:

Legs – 17 min

One leg squats  60 sec each side

Forward lunges

One leg hop from side to side

Deep squats

Calf raises

Jump squats

Side kicks 30 seconds each side

High knee jumps – or jump rope

One leg squats – 60 sec each side To see if our legs were more tired than when we started.

Mosey run around to loosen up a bit

Core – 17

Plank

In & Outs

Mountain climbers

lay down and hold legs off the ground

side plank – 60 seconds each side

LBCs

Supermans – 3 sec hold on each lift

Donkey in and outs -60 seconds each side opposite arm and leg

Plank 60 seconds – to see if our core was more tired than when we started

Sun salutation – 3 minutes
