The Thang: Done just like the carol – On the _ day of Christmas FiA Q asked of me! (single count)
1 – 30sec plank (full, elbow, R side, L side, repeat 3x)
2 – Burpees (w/o push-up)
3 – Sumo Squats
4 – Push-Ups
5 – Mountain Climbers
6 – Lunges (FWD, RWD, Side, Curtsy)
7 – Russian Twists
8 – Jumping Jacks
9 – Big Girl Sit-Ups
10 – Tricep Dips
11 – Prisoner Squats
12 – Bicycle Crunches
10SC of each exercise rinse and repeat!
Oblique Crunch – R then L Prone Rows
Pretzel Sticks – R then L Swimmers
Heel Taps Supermans
Leg Lifts – laying on side, R then L Leg Raises
Cool Down: Few minutes of various stretches.
Devotion: When one door closes, another one opens, but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.
