Humid out there this morning!
After a standard warmup, we did 8 combo moves. First round was 90 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Second round was 60 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Third round was 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off.* Ran the court at the end of each round.
*At least, there was supposed to be a third round. But this Q wasn’t feeling all that great and got a bit dizzy. So we did some ab work instead.
