All 12 Days of Fitmas

We were 11 PAX strong for the 12 days of Fitmas, stuffed under cover to avoid the rain. We finished all 12 days with our shortened plank (40 seconds didn’t feel short!).

 

On the 1st day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me a

40 second plank.

On the 2nd day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 3rd day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 4th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 5th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 6th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 7th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 8th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

8 tricep dips, 7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 9th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

9 glute bridges, 8 tricep dips, 7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 10th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

10 mountain climbers, 9 glute bridges, 8 tricep dips, 7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 11th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

11 high knees, 10 mountain climbers, 9 glute bridges, 8 tricep dips, 7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.

On the 12th day of Fitmas, my Q gave to me

12 squat lifts, 11 high knees, 10 mountain climbers, 9 glute bridges, 8 tricep dips, 7 Russian twists (each side), 6 lunges (each side), 5 crunches, 4 donkey kicks (each side), 30 sec pulse squats, 2 pushups and a 40 second plank.
