We started with a quick warm up. Jogging in place, butt kickers, jumping jacks, speed skaters 4times through.
Then we got to it.
7 push-ups
7 squat jumps
7 burpees
7 lunge jumps
7 triceps dips
7 big girl sit ups
7 Russian twists.

Run! (First run was to the pier)
Round 2- all 7, 7 times again.
Run! (Pick, Hill/stair combo, Hill or stairs)

After 7 rounds of 7s, we ran back to 21st
Avenue and did
10 big girl sit ups
20 Russian heists
30 bicycles
40 flutter kicks
50 of the Pilates 100
60 second plank

Then we had a devotion about taking the signs God gives you rather than waiting for what you want him to give you.
Prayer.
Done!

PS-the running added up to 2 miles
