Seven awesome PAX layered up and showed up for a Freestyle Workout. We ran the Odell Weeks track stopping along the way for rounds of squats, lunges, push-ups, calf raises, Raggedy Anns, balance work, side shuffles, and goddess squats. We rounded it off with a little more balance work and a “Bring Sally Up” ab session. We closed with a short devo and prayer. It was a great way to start the week!
