Enjoyable Burpees…Said No One

EIGHT PAX tackled 7-11s on 7/11. The reps for each pairing of exercises equaled “11.” So for example, we did 10 of one exercise paired with 1 of the other. Then 9 of the first exercise paired with 2 of the other. Then 8 of the first exercise paired with 3 of the other, and so on until we reached 1 of the first exercise and 10 of the other.

Warm-Up
10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
10 Arm circles, forward (IC)
10 Arm Circles, backwards, straight count

#1 – Squats & Hurpees (half burpees) – this was SO tough, but we didn’t give up
#2 – Supermans & Push-Ups
#3 – Toy Soldiers & JJs (Jumping Jacks)
#4 – Hello Javas & Penguins
#5 – Side Lunges & Crossjacks
#6 – Plank Rows & Back Extension Shoulder Squeezes
#7 – Heel-plant wide bridges & narrow bridges

Ring of Fire Abs:
10 Elbow-to-knee oblique crunches
10 Windshield Wipers with bent knees
10 scissor kicks
20 LBCs
10 6″
20 plank hip dips
