Run 1 lap around SALT Block (I tracked it at 0.56 mi/lap)
Burpees x10
Run 1 lap around SALT Block
Jumping Lunges x10 ea side
Run 1 lap around SALT Block
Imperial Walkers x10 ea side
Run 1 lap around SALT Block
Sumo Squats x20
Then we got down on mats/towels to do some Ab work intervals…30 sec work/5 sec rest of the following:
Leg Lifts
Side Plank Crunch – Right side
Side Plank Crunch – Left side
Toe Touches
Brooke Burkes
Bicycles
Seated Scissors
Reverse Crunches
Windshield Wipers
Plank
That’s 5 straight minutes of abs! (do 5 sec rests really count? I don’t think so…)
