We started with a jogging warm up; to the road and back.
Then we divided into pairs, and started at different cone stations that I had set up along the path from 21st Avenue to the pier.
Station one- 25 squats, 25 tuck jumps, then bear crawl to cone 2
Station 2- 25 push-ups, 25 star jumps, then crab walk to cone 3.
Station 3- 25 inchworms, 25 burpees, then frog jumps to cone 4.
Station 4- 50 sit ups, 50 mountain climbers, power skip to cone 5.
Station 5- 50 jumping jacks, 50 standing jump ropes, grapevine to cone 6.
Station 6- run the hill/stair combo 3 times, sprint all the way back to 21st Avenue.
We completed all the stations and the. Did 10 “dirty burpees” (burpee, 4 push-ups, 8 mountain climbers) together to end.
We read a devotion about Jesus calling us to be “Stars” who “shine” for him (Philippians 2:15)
