I have been working on this Q since November and finally figured out that it works as a modified DORA.  We broke into two groups (one of 2 FiAs and the other of 3 FiAs).  Everyone was required to do all of the exercises and not just pick up where the group left off between each other before running.  This made it into a modified DORA.  We had to cut it short since we ran out time.  Now I have two Qs for modified DORAs Here is the thang:

  • Warm up – Light job in place and stretching
  • 60 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 pushups or plank
  • Jog down and back to 3rd light pole – curtsy lunges while waiting for others to finish
  • 60 high knees each leg, 50 side crunches each side, 40 lunges each leg, 30 sec plank
  • Jog down and back to 3rd light pole – standing mountain climbers while waiting
  • 50 jumping jacks, 40 reverse crunches, 30 plie squats, 20 pushups or plank
  • Jog down and back to 3rd light pole
  • 40 touch and hops each leg, 30 alternating supermans, 20 balancing squats each leg, 10 sec plank
  • Jog down and back to 3rd light pole – standing calf raises while waiting

We also did 30 tricep dips for good measure.
