5x5x5 pulses – killer!

The thang: 5 full motion exercise, 5 pulse exercise, 5 times through.

The exercises:

  • Kneeling rear leg raises
  • Bulgarian split squat
  • Squat
  • Lunge
  • Bridges
  • Down dog leg raises
  • Pushups
  • Dips
  • Toe Touches
  • Bicycles (straight leg vs bent leg)
  • Russian Twist

Disclaimer: I’m writing this like a month later because I forgot so take the attendees and the exercises with a grain of salt. This one BURNED. Those little motions with little muscles are p-a-i-n-f-u-l. Even a month later I remember this was a great group for the workout. FLOTUS and Scooter showing up late and leaving early. Grizzly complaining about how her body doesn’t bend in positions we did. Everyone having trouble keeping track of counting to 5 (harder than you think!)
