PAX met at the WCHS parking lot. Warm up was an Indian Run around the parking lot, some arm circles and high knees.
I spread out a deck of cards and PAX took turns drawing cards. Reps would be the number on the card. Face cards counted as 10 reps, Aces counted as 11 reps and I put 4 Jokers in the deck. That was 10 Burpees!
There were four sets, each lasting 8 minutes. Then we ran around the parking lot between sets.
Set 1 – Hearts – Push Ups, Diamonds – Squat Jumps, Clubs – Bicyles, Spades – Fire Hydrants
Set 2 – Hearts – Star Jumps, Diamonds – Standing Side Crunches, Clubs – Wine Mixers, Spades – Pulsing Squats
Set 3 – Hearts – Plank Jacks, Diamonds – Tricep Dips, Clubs – Pulsing Lunges, Spades – Russian Twists
Set 4 – Hearts – Shoulder Taps, Diamonds – Jumping Jacks, Clubs – Leg Raises, Spades – Monkey Humpers
