Warmup:
20 Windmills, butt kickers, cherry pickers
This workout we did 5,4,3,2,1 at each new location
5 push ups
4 mountain climbers
3 jumping jacks
2 squat jumps
1 burpee
We ran to roped lot:
5,4,3,2,1
10 side lunges in cadence
10 broad jumps shuffle back
clam shells 10 each side
Ran to wall lot:
5,4,3,2,1
1 min wall sit with legs squeezing in and out
25 wall push ups
one minute moroccan night clubs
Ran hill to upper lot:
5,4,3,2,1
plank alternating leg lifts, 10 in cadence
reverse plank leg lifts
plank shoulder taps
Ran down the hill and back up:
5,4,3,2,1
Ran down the hill and back up and slow jog back to park
Finished with abs:
20 slow bicycles, hello dollies, flutter kicks mixed with scissor kicks, heals to heaven, and russian twists
