54 Card Pick-Up

I always start this workout thinking it will be too easy…then by the end, I feel like jello! We opted out of the run for the Jokers since it was so wet and did 90 seconds of jumping jacks, instead.

Warm Up in Cadence:
10 windmills
10 cotton pickers
10 storm troopers
10 toy soldiers
10 side lunges
10 skull crushers
10 slow butt kickers

The Thang:
Turn over one card at a time and complete the matching exericse. For # cards, do # on card; for face cards, do 10 reps.
• Hearts = jump squats (# cards); in-and-out squats (face cards)
• Diamonds = diamond push-ups (# cards); military push-ups (face cards)
• Spades = Carolina dry docks (# cards); lunges – 10 each side (face cards)
• Clubs = butterfly sit-ups (# cards); mountain climbers – 10 each side (face cards)
Aces = 10 burpees without push-ups
Jokers = run/walk 2x around tennis courts (run more laps or plank if you finish early)
