The Thang: I’m going to see rent tonight, so our workout was around the number 525,600….

500 bicep curls (72 for each person)

25 sit ups (everyone)

1000 sumo squats (142 each person)

600 hip bridges (85 each person)

Run to the bathrooms and back

500 crunches (72 each)

25 donkey kicks each leg (everyone)

1000 lunges (142 each person)

600 overhead presses (85 each person)

Run to the bathrooms and back

500 skater lunges (72 each person)

25 fire hydrants each leg (everyone)

1000 penguins (AHHHH….I forgot to do these…oh well, it worked out with timing anyway)

600 tricep curls (85 each)

Run to the bathroom and back
