We started with a quick run to the pier and back (0.5 miles)
We completed the wheel—5 cones/spokes of the wheel with a 5 burpee center.
Cone/spoke 1- 10 push-ups and 10 tuck jumps.
Then run to the center of the wheel for your 5 burpees.
Out to cone/spoke 2- 20 sit-ups and 20 mountain climbers.
Back to the center for your 5 burpees!
Out to cone 3 for 30 plank jacks and 30 star jumps.
Back to the center for 5 burpees.
Cone 4. 40 squats and 40 plyometric lunges.
Back for your burpees. 5!
Last cone 5. 50 triceps dips, 50 jumping jacks.
Now run back to the pier and back, and complete another round.
We ended in prayer and with devotion.
