The 5-4-3-2-1 Workout

This was a great workout to keep us moving on a cold morning! We got through the three minute set on our second time through.

Warm Up in Cadence
10 windmills
10 cotton picker extensions
10 toy soldiers
10 slow side-to-side lunges
10 skull crushers
10 butt kickers
10 jax

The Thang
5 Minutes: do one minute/exercise
• High knees
• Jumping jacks
• Front kicks
• Jumping jacks
• Butt kicks
4 Minutes: do one minute/exercise (x2)
• Walking lunges
• Mountain climbers
• Plie squats
• Skaters
3 Minutes: set timer for 3 min. and repeat throughout, resting when needed
• 10 pushups
• 15 tricep dips
2 Minutes: alternate for 2 minutes
• 30 seconds air squats
• 30 seconds jump squats
1 Minute Plank

**rest, rehydrate, repeat!!**

Cool Down/Stretch/Circle Up
