• Lateral Ski Jumps
• Squat Jacks
• Air Jump Rope

Legs
• Plie Squat Pulses
• Reverse Lunges
• Narrow Squats
• Curtsy Lunges

Arms
• Overhand Punches
• Uppercuts
• Hooks
• Big Arm Circles

Abs
• Front Kicks
• Knee Reaches (slide arms down outer thighs toward knees)
• Standing Donkey Kicks
• Side Reaches (arms extended at sides, reaching side to side)
