I couldn’t have asked for a better group of women to start off my Monday with! We were 6 strong and y’all were rockstars this morning! The weather was crisp, cool and perfect for a bit of running and station workouts!

We had 4 stations this morning and each station had 4 workouts. We would do the first exercise at station 1 for a minute before running over to station 2. Then the first workout at station 2 for a minute before running to station 3. Then repeat for station 3 and 4 before running back to station 1 for the second exercise…etc. etc.

Warm up:
-run to station 1.

Station 1- cardio
-jumping jacks
-mtn. Climbers
-squay jumps
-burpees

Station 2- strength
-squats
-push ups
-reverse lunges
-tricep dips

Station 3- combo
-army jacks
-plie squats
-forward lunges
-plank up downs

Station 4- abs
-plank
-v ups
-Peter Parker’s
-bicycle crunches

We finished just in time to circle up and name our new FNG and close out in prayer. Shout out to Benny, FNG Sharon (spike), updo, Cinco and Scooby! My Monday is happier because I got to kickstart it with you!!
