Playground Fun!

Warm-Up: (all in cadence)
Cotton pickers with extension
Toy soliders
High knees
butt kickers

Run to the playground (backwards our usual run)
Playground workout:
1. Swing: 45 degree angle with legs in front with feet & toes pointed 1 min
2. Pull-up: underhand grip hands shoulder width apart with legs in front- heels down toes up: 1 min
3. Slide lunge: face away from the slide, left foot on the bottom, hands on hips 30 seconds switch legs
4. Standing push-up: push up on the steps 1 min
5. Lateral leg lift: place foot on step and hands on hips. Raise up and straighten out leg 1 min.
6. Bench dips: tricep dips 1 min

Run back to tennis courts (our usual route)

15 bicycle crunches
30 sec side plank
15 bicycle crunches
30 sec plank
15 reverse crunches
15 hip ups
1 min V-sit

10 push ups
20 dips
30 curls
30 sec plank
10 burpees
30 sec plank
30 curls (with weights)
20 dips
10 push ups
