A big thank you to the three other women that showed up to celebrate my birthday Q! My birthday isn’t technically until Monday but we don’t have a Monday AO for me to commandeer so Moneypenny was it!
In honor of my twin sister and me turning 36, this workout consisted of reps of multiples of 36, 3:6s and some twinning workouts (aka partner exercises)!
W/U: we jogged to the top of the trail behind the community center for HK, BK, & Fast Knee IC. We did 5 burpees OYO (minus the push-up) and then 10 good mornings.
And thus our time was up. We headed back to the senior center for COT and some high fives for completing a hilly, run-filled workout on a 20* day.
-I had 3 more things planned that we just didn’t get to.
-Poor Teatree can’t catch a cold weather break. Always showing up for the workouts in sub freezing temperatures! But she never complains!
-Derkins and party hats don’t mix. Oops!
-We clocked 3.26 miles today!
