Warm up
10 Gomers
30 Jumping jacks
20 skaters (10 ea side)
10 toy soldiers
20 arm circles (10 forward- 10 back)

Circuit 1
Squat with front leg lift – 20 reps alt sides
Down dog abs – 20 reps alt side
Elbow plank with twist – 10 reps ea side
Plank jacks – 20 reps
30 sec rest

Circuit 2
Beach babe push-ups – 20 reps alt sides (push-up on knees, extending leg out when upper body lowered – alt sides)
Twisted mountain – 20 reps alt sides (knee to opposite elbow)
Reverse lunge – 20 reps alt sides
Plié squats – 20 reps
30 sec rest

Circuit 3
Plank up downs – 10 reps
Butterfly crunches – 20 reps
Marching bridges – 20 reps alt sides
Curtsy lunges – 20 reps alt sides
30 sec rest

Repeat circuits 3 times

Cool down
Walk track
Shoulder & tricep stretches
Everyone do their own stretching
