Foxtrot foxes on a cold windy Thursday morning a little better every day.

2 PAX at Foxtrot this cold windy Thursday morning. It was hard to get out of bed, but we did it.

~ Warm up ~

20 quad pulls

20 windmills

20 glut pulls

20 knee grabs

1 parking lot lap

 

~ The Thang ~

4 corners

10 Push-ups at our mats (first orange cone)

Run to next orange cone

20 Backward lunges

Run to the next  orange cone

30 sumo squats with a hop up top

Run to the next orange cone

40 arm flies with weights

Run to mats at the first orange cone

45 second rest

4 corners X4

After 4 corners we did leg and yoga stretches.

Then we started our ab exercises. We did bicycles 20 each side and Russian twists 20 each sides … X4! We then did one last victory lap jogging around the parking lot to stretch our legs and be awesome till the end.
