The Thang: 25 Jumping Jacks, 24 Squats, 23 situps, 22 Mountain Climbers, 21 Lunges (l,r=1), 20 Side Alternating Lunges (l,r=1), 19 Burpees, 18 Jumping Squats, 17 Pushups, 16 Plank Shoulder touches (l,r=1), 15 Step ups (l,r=1), 14 Ski Lunges (l,r=1), 13 V Situps,12 Jumping Lunges (l,r=1), 11 Hand Release Pushups, 10 Side Plan Rotations (each side), 9 Tricep Dips (each side), 8 Flutter Kicks (l,r,l,r=1), 7 Supermans, 6 Alternating Leg/Arm Plank (l,r=1), 5 Tuck Jumps, 4 Reverse Crunches (4 sets of 100, 3 minute wall sit, 2 air presses

Run one small loop of parking lot
Return and do one of each exercise in countdown and finish with a Star Jump
