Thanks to Mosey & Scratch for helping me kick off my Monday with a bang. Who knew after the last week of cold, we would be lauding 22 degrees as “warm”. It certainly wasn’t long before I was shedding layers.
Since I took the Q at the last minute, I consulted my folder of workouts. Ironically, I came up with one that originally belonged to Mosey, which is modified just a tad. It proved to be a good one that kept us all warm and had us shedding layers in no time!
6 exercises: 1/2 Burpees, Jump Squats, Push-ups, Butterfly Sit-ups, Star Jumps, Tricep Dips.
Do 5 of each followed by a small loop run. Then do 10 of each followed by run. Then 15. Run. Then 20. Run. Then count back down 15-10-5.
We stopped after 10 so we would have time for BIRTHDAY BURPEES to celebrate Scratch’s recent birthday!!
