4 Pax braved the freezing temperatures and crazy wind chill, bundled up, and met for the first Foxtrot workout of 2018.  Our goal was to complete 2018 reps in 45 minutes.  And we did it!

and 18 Burpees

Go ahead and count – 2018 reps!  We kept moving and kept warm – kind of.  Chocolate Chip kept perfect form all the way through the last burpee.  Straight Shooter stayed strong, finishing every rep.  And Wonder Women pushed through despite her sore muscles and kept us all in good spirits.  Thanks for braving the cold with me Ladies!
