Had 4 great gals join me this morning to get a New Year’s themed work out on! Here’s what went down:
Warm Up: High Knees, Jacks, Windmills, Arm Circles, Torso Twists, Run Parking Lot Loop
2 rounds, 20 (for 2017/8) exercises. Round 1-x 17 reps, Round 2 x 18 reps for a total of 35 reps of each exercise!
We crammed it all in for a total of 700 reps!
