We started our workout with a quick warm up of high knees and arm circles. Then I explained what we would be doing while everyone stretched what they needed to stretch.
Going up the stairs starting from the amphitheater, do a different workout each section
1 section- 20 Burpees
2 section- 20 Tricep dips
3 section- 20 rows with your block
4 section- 20 sit ups
Run the short lap
Rinse & Repeat
By the end of the workout Some of our pax completed 60 – 80 burpees!!! I was so proud of everyone for their hard work this morning. Thank you all for coming out!!
