We warmed up with a slow jog to the street and back.
Round one-
20 burpees with a push-up
20 plank Jacks
15 burpees with a push-up
15 plank jacks
10 burpees with a push-up
10 plank jacks
(20-15-10, get it?)
Then we sprinted (but Hobie didn’t like that term—-so we will just say we RAN AS FAST AS WE COULD) to the street, jogged back.
Round 2

Star Jumps
Squat jumps.
Sprint to 24th, jog back.
Round 3 -20-15-10
Tuck jumps
Walking lunges
Sprint to the stairs, run them 3 times, jog back
Round 4 20-15-10
Frog jumps
Push ups
Run

Inchworms
Triceps dips
