Five awesome ladies joined me for this last-minute Q. Lucky for me, I have a stockpile of workouts on the ready. This one was modified from one I did in March 2016 and it proved to be a good one.
Warm Up: Jacks, Butt Kickers, Windmills, Arm Circles, Hip Circles. Parking Lot Lap.
Ladder of two exercises – Begin with two reps of each and increase reps by 2 until you are doing 10 of each (2/2, 4/4, 6/6, 8/8, 10/10) for a total of 30 of each exercise. Some rounds were quick & easy and others not so much (I’m looking at you Burpees & Plank Up/Downs).
1- Burpees / Jump Squats w 180 degree turn
2- Tricep Dips / Hip Bridges
3- Mountain Climbers / Tuck Jumps
4- Pushups / Plyo Lunges
5- Jacks / Plank Jacks
6- Plank Shoulder Taps / Plank Up Downs
We finished with another parking lot loop and circled up for prayers & to name our FNG.
