120’s Workout

  • When: 11/06/2018
  • Q: Chili
  • Pax: Chili, Ida Rolf, Freedom Fighter, Mama Maria, Trails

Warmup:

-Run to workout stations, 10 burpees or 1 pull-up and run back

Workout:

-120 seconds of step ups on picnic bench

-120 seconds (each side) of lateral step ups

-120 seconds push ups

-120 seconds of triceps dips

-120 seconds of crunches

Core:

-120 second plank hold

Cool down and stretch

 

Prayer requests:

  • Mama Maria’s sister in law who has ovarian cancer.
  • Ida Rolf’s mother in law that is traveling through Cambodia.
  • FNG aunt that has cancer.

We circled up and ended the workout with Chili leading us in a group prayer.
