The thang!
There were 4 cones set up and each cone was to be hit 3 times to complete the 12 days of Christmas.

Cone 1:  On the first day of Christmas….
-1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 2.
-5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump   tucks and a 1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 2.
-9 hip bridges, 8 monkey humpers, 7 triceps  dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats,  3 burpees,  2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 2.

Cone 2:
-2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
    Walking lunges to cone 3.
-6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats,  3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 3.
-10 raggedy Ann’s, 9 hip bridges, 8 monkey humpers, 7 tricep dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
      Walking lunges to cone 3.

Cone 3:
-3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 4.
-7 tricep dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
      Walking lunges to cone 4.
-11 plank jacks, 10 raggedy Ann’s, 9 hip bridges, 8 monkey humpers, 7 tricep dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
      Walking lunges to cone 4.

Cone 4:
-4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
     Walking lunges to cone 1
-8 monkey humpers, 7 tricep dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 minute plank
      Walking lunges to cone 1.
-12 bicycle crunches, 11 plank jacks, 10 raggedy Ann’s, 9 hip bridges, 8 monkey humpers, 7 tricep dips, 6 curtsy lunges, 5 push ups, 4 plié squats, 3 burpees, 2 jump tucks and a 1 MINUTE PLANK!

We had just enough time to complete this workout before we circled up in prayer.

This was a workout that made the time fly quickly and kept us warm! Thank you ladies for keeping me company! Way to hump day hustle!!
