The Thang: 

Themed to 12 Days of Christmas Song

  1. Run over 2 picnic tables and back
  2. Dive Bombers
  3. Squat Jumps
  4. Starfish Sit Ups
  5. Burpees
  6. Box Jumps
  7. Tricep Dips
  8. Air Humpers
  9. Mountain Climbers (Double Count)
  10. High Knees (Double Count)
  11. Toe Touch Crunches
  12. Skaters (Double Count)

The workout progressed as follows:

On the first day of Christmas, my FiA Q gave to me…1 run over the picnic tables.

One the second day of Christmas, my FiA Q gave to me…2 Divebombers & 1 run over the picnic tables

On the third day of Christmas, my FiA Q gave to me…3 Squat jumps, 2 Divebombers & 1 run over the picnic tables.

And so on…

Core work: 

  • 1 min Plank – 30 seconds of alternating hip dips
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 20 Back Scratchers (Double Count)
